automatic four colours screen printing machine (it is possible, of
course, to print also with less than four colours).

The machine works on the indexing plate principle. Six mechanical tiltable tooling devices are fixed on a rotating tower. This rotating tower is actuated by two servomotors with high positioning precision.
The tooling devices can be moved independent from each other on different hight levels. Also the separate rotation of the articles is possible.
The input and output stations are equipped with a 3-axes robot.
Four termoplastic printing stations with heatable screens are equipped with seperately contolled screen- and squeegee axes. The screens can be adjusted with two fine adjustment devices precisely to 1/100 mm.
Display supported operation of the machine, input and saving of printing job data and other parametres.
It is possible to perform perfect printing all around the most complicated formed articles. There are nearly no restrictions concerning article forms and printing picutres.
It is possible to programm independent printing processes on all printing stations.

For each article form to be printed on six tooling devices.
Short change over-time,about. 30-45 min., depending on article and printing mode, therefore profitable operation also for smaller print runs.
